Do I need to purchase a Domain
name prior to setting up a website?
No. There are numerous websites that can provide you with a FREE
sub-domain. If, however, you want your unique domain name, you may
purchase it at an annual fee. Pure Consulting can help you set up a
domain name or a sub-domain name on their own servers.
Who will host my website for me?
Pure Consulting can host your website for you and also provide you with a
sub-domain name. However, you can also host your website yourself or use
the services of existing hosting providers.
How long will it take before
my site is functional?
A basic site can be made "Live" in as little as 5 business days
provided all the information has been presented to Pure Consulting by you.
Sites requiring advanced functionality like database access, report generation,
credit card transaction, customized functionality etc can require more
time.
Who do I liaise with to make
sure that my website is exactly the way I want it to be?
Pure Consulting will directly contact you
and discuss with you the details of your website, and verify your layout with
you. At the end of the
conversation, you will be sent all the discussed requirements to
ensure that we have clearly understood your needs.
Since our goal is to complete your website within the time frame
specified, please make sure that you are available during this time to review
the first draft and provide any corrections.
What is the procedure with
Secure Online Ordering?
Pure Consulting can set up a credit card payment system directly on your web
site and enable you to take orders automatically. The internet buyer simply
fills out the order form and enters the credit card information. In
seconds the card is checked and the buyer is immediately notified that the card
purchase has been approved. At the same time, the buyers funds are
automatically deducted from the buyers card and being deposited into your

Who will be setting Secure Online Ordering for me?
Pure Consulting will help you set up a merchant account with a bank and an
account with a credit card processor. Once these have been established, Pure Consulting
can start to develop your secure online ordering system.
Please note that Banks and Credit card processors will charge a
fee for the initial setup and a service charge per transaction
What are the maintenance
options available for me ?
Pure Consulting can maintain your site for you. You can check the maintenance

What if I decide not to opt for
the Maintenance option?
If you decide not to opt for this option, you can come to us for
changes at any time for $75 per hour in case of a commercial website and $25
in case of a personal website.
Can
you offer me any advise on how to market my website?
Yes, Pure Consulting can offer small businesses advise on how to market your website.
